What’s Included in Our Asphalt Maintenance Plans?

Each property is unique, so Revel Asphalt tailors every maintenance plan to your site’s age, usage, and condition. However, most plans include:

1) Regular Inspections

Our team will inspect your asphalt surfaces monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually depending on your needs. We look for signs of cracking, surface wear, water pooling, edge breakdown, and other common issues.

2) Crack Sealing

Cracks allow water to seep below the surface, weakening the foundation. We seal cracks using high-quality materials that stop the spread and protect against further damage.

3) Sealcoating

Sealcoating restores your asphalt’s dark finish and protects it from UV rays, water, oil, and chemicals. This is typically applied every 2–3 years, depending on traffic levels.

4)  Pothole Patching

If a pothole forms, we’ll handle it quickly with either temporary cold patch or permanent hot-mix asphalt repair—whichever is most appropriate.

5)  Surface Cleaning & Debris Removal

Leaves, dirt, and debris can block drainage and contribute to surface erosion. Regular sweeping and power cleaning is included in many of our plans.

6)  Line Striping & Marking

Faded parking lines or directional arrows? We’ll keep your markings clear and ADA compliant.
